    I joined in 2017 because I needed to move and I hated the fluffy group sessions in the gyms and working out alone with a made up program of my own. I felt I needed something more stress-releasing than trying to shake my booty to a zoomba class. This program is perfect for me and now my booty is more toned and shakes only when I want it to! A great full body workout experience with good tunes and instructors that take pleasure in getting you moving 😆 Even if your not motivated when you get there the energy catches you and by the end of class you're so happy you went! Love this program!

    There's something for every body and they always offer modifications dependent on your skill level, if you have an old injury or just getting into fitness and everything hurts. You can't go wrong!

    I have been participating in Ladies Fitness Kickboxing classes led by Jackie and Lindsey for several years.

    The first few classes were intimidating, with so many ladies looking so strong and coordinated. A few weeks in and I was hooked! Encouragement from the other ladies, Jackie and Lindsey made it easy to commit.

    Workouts are varied and fun. We laugh a lot…mostly at ourselves. My favourite workouts are bag combos, and with the addition of some circuit training and yoga all the boxes are ticked for an exciting program.

    My fitness goal for my whole adult life has been ‘healthy heart, healthy lungs.’ PG Functional Fitness has been an excellent, fun way for me to maintain excellent physical and mental health.

    Gym memberships never worked for me. PG Functional Fitness is the only program that has kept me coming back!

    Real Women, Working Hard to get Results! That simple!!

    I started kickboxing 3 years ago in the morning class with my mom and I’m so glad I joined. It’s a great way to start the day. Being busy with school and work the class is also a good opportunity to spend time with my mom and of course getting to see all the great ladies I’ve met through the class as well as the instructors. The instructors plan great workouts and programs that are never too repetitive which keeps from becoming boring. The variation in classes throughout the course of the semester keeps the class fun and challenging. I’d recommend the PG functional fitness kickboxing program to anyone looking for a different and fun way to stay fit and active.
